Understanding Your Invoice and Making Payments

Overview:
This article explains how Kanzoo Global billing works and how you can view/pay your invoices online.

Accessing Your Invoices:

1. Login to the Client Portal.

2. Navigate to Finance > Invoices.

3. Click on any invoice number to view details.

Payment Methods Supported:

• Debit/Credit Card

• UPI (India)

• Bank Transfer (for larger projects)

• PayPal/Stripe (on request)

How to Pay an Invoice:

1. Open the invoice you wish to pay.

2. Click the Pay Now button.

3. Choose your preferred payment method.

4. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Late Payment Policy:
Payments not made within the due date may incur a late fee and affect ongoing services.
