Overview:
Kanzoo Global uses a ticketing system to manage all technical and service-related requests. Here’s how you can use it effectively.
Submitting a Ticket:

Log in to the Client Portal.

Go to Support > Tickets.

Click New Ticket.

Select the relevant department (e.g., Web Development, Hosting, Billing).

Enter your subject and detailed description.

Click Submit.
Tracking Your Ticket:

All tickets are visible under Support > Tickets.

Each ticket will show its current status: Open, In Progress, Awaiting Reply, or Resolved.

Use the "Reply" section inside the ticket to communicate directly with our support team.
Response Time:
Our standard response time is within 12–24 business hours.
