How to Submit and Track a Support Ticket

Overview:
Kanzoo Global uses a ticketing system to manage all technical and service-related requests. Here’s how you can use it effectively.

Submitting a Ticket:

  1. Log in to the Client Portal.

  2. Go to Support > Tickets.

  3. Click New Ticket.

  4. Select the relevant department (e.g., Web Development, Hosting, Billing).

  5. Enter your subject and detailed description.

  6. Click Submit.

Tracking Your Ticket:

  • All tickets are visible under Support > Tickets.

  • Each ticket will show its current status: Open, In Progress, Awaiting Reply, or Resolved.

  • Use the "Reply" section inside the ticket to communicate directly with our support team.

Response Time:
Our standard response time is within 12–24 business hours.
